The call for proposals for CSO’s and Media presented on three info-sessions

The public call for proposals for CSO’s and Media published through the Nordic Support for Progress of North Macedonia project has been presented in front of around 120 representatives of civil society organizations and media, on three information sessions held in Tetovo, Bitola and Skopje. Representatives of the project and the Secretariat for European Affairs presented the priorities and the criteria for submission of applications for CSO’s and media aimed to support their active participation and engagement in support of the country’s EU accession process.

This public call for proposals aims to contribute to increased initiatives of CSOs and media to monitor, advocate and participate in processes associated with implementation of key reforms related to the EU accession process, ensuring good quality comprehensive legislation and the development of sustainable policies that benefit the citizens.

Registered CSO’s and media are eligible to apply for grants up to $40,000 under the call section that is intended to support CSO’s and grants up to $95,000 under the section for support to media. The project proposals should be with a period of implementation between eight to twelve months and should be submitted no later than October 30.
